The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) announced the 2016 Beacon competition winners and honorable mentions.
PBA's Beacon Program helps cosmetology students prepare for successful careers and provides them with education and opportunities to network with industry experts at PBA Beauty Week. A total of 100 winners and 200 honorable mentions are chosen to attend PBA Beauty Week in Las Vegas from July 23-25, 2016.
